  • Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or any countries outside of the US.
  • Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address noted at checkout.

    Shipping Information:

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
    • Shipping Methods: Most of our products ship via LTL carriers due to their size and weight.  Carriers will call to schedule a time prior to delivery on LTL orders. Samples, trim pieces, and other small orders will ship ground via common carrier.
    • Delivery Times: Deliveries usually take 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
    • Packaging: Planks are shipped by the box. Box dimensions are 48 ½ in long x 9 ½ in wide. Trim pieces are shipped in a 90 in long x 3 in wide cardboard tube.

      Sample Orders:

      • Sample Shipping: For sample orders, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee. Samples are typically shipped via standard ground shipping and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
