Received damaged products or the wrong thing?

Please email orders@simply-surfaces.com as soon as possible. Your email must include:

  • Your order number.
  • Confirm the total quantity that is damaged or incorrect.
  • Pictures of any damages, including SKU.
  • Please review all products for further hidden damages or issues. Only one claim per shipment. Confirming the total damage quantity will help us process everything you need for your project.

    The carriers we use always want photos of damaged shipments. Please provide multiple photos of damage so that we can process claims with our partners as quickly as possible. 

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGES OR ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT.

     

    What if it’s already installed?

    We are unable to initiate or honor any claims once material has been installed. Please make sure material is thoroughly inspected before installation to ensure quality.

     

    Missing products?

    Please keep in mind that sometimes one order can have multiple shipments. If you feel as though you’re missing products from your order, please contact orders@simply-surfaces.com.
